Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery Methods:
- Our standard shipping option is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
- Our next working day courier option is sent via DPD. COMING SOON
Domestic delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 working days for the standard shipping option, and 2 working day for our next working day courier option once available.
Please note it may take up to 7 days before your item is shipped due to stock levels

We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 28 days of receipt of your on-line order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging.
Refunds
Please send your item(s) to our returns address above, filling in the bottom of the dispatch note to tell us clearly that you would like a refund. You don’t have to get in touch with us first, just give us as much information as possible so that we can swiftly refund your item without needing to contact you and slow the process down. If you no longer have the dispatch note, please include a note of your: name, order number, and that you would like a refund.
Exchanges
Please send your item(s) to our returns address, filling in the bottom of the dispatch note to tell us clearly which item(s) and size(s) you would like to have as an exchange. We will then swiftly exchange for any other item(s) (stock permitting). You don’t have to get in touch with us first, just give us as much information as possible so that we can swiftly exchange your item without needing to contact you and slow the process down. If you no longer have the dispatch note, please include a note of your: name, order number, and item(s) and size(s) you would like to have as an exchange.
Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Postage
If you choose to return to an item to us then you will need to pay for the return postage as we are a small business. We recommend using registered post to be sure it arrives safely. If you were sent an incorrect item or a faulty item we will refund the cost to you on return.
Returns process
Once your item has arrived at our studio, your exchange or refund will usually be processed within 5-7 working days Monday - Friday. Please bear with us during Christmas and other busy periods, as it may take slightly longer.
Credit return
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be visible in your account This is to allow for the processes of the varying payments methods as they all have their own rules. Credit Cards may take longer than Paypal for example.
Incorrect or faulty items
I'm so sorry if we accidentally sent you an incorrect or faulty item. We do our best but sometimes this does happen. We will of course exchange the faulty item for you as quickly as possible and send you a replacement.
